Our Staff
Our rigorous recruitment policy ensures that each member of care staff is vetted and recruited properly. Each potential member of our team is required to complete a full enhanced DBS (formerly CRB - Criminal Reference Bureau) check and supply a minimum of two references (one of which must be from their most recent employer). This ensures that the applicant’s full training and work history is confirmed.
Once recruited, they undergo intensive specialised induction training. Each member of staff then follows a personal development plan which ensures that their career and training needs are met, along with bi-monthly supervisions and annual appraisals, which gives them the opportunity to express their views, desires and training needs.
